Garmin Connect Review. Fitness Made Simple

Checking the body weight every day at the gym or home can help analyze daily gain or loss. Although it is unfortunate that it can’t help you determine the exercises that aided the loss. With this tool from Garmin, I have seen that I can track the steps and get the motivation to help me beat my target.

Interface

This App Store and Google Play app for fitness tracking has an attractive and straightforward user interface that’s ideal for this genre of apps. Compared to other similar apps, this design comes out relatively simple, and I was able to find my way around the app with ease within the first minutes after installing it for free.

I would give this iOS and Google Android app a 9/10 rating for its design and interface.

Key Features

The app for all Android devices and iOS gadgets has several amazing features. First, I can view data from every day on a personalized My Day page. If I take a morning run, then walk to work or drive, and spend the better part of the day walking, this iOS and Android app tracks all that information for me to review at the end of the day. Garmin Connect worked for me throughout the day. It also helps analyze the data and enables users to gauge performances amongst each other.

It is compatible with both iOS (runs on iPod touch, iPad, and iPhone) and Android devices. It is also compatible with apps that are not made by Garmin such as Strava and MyFitnessPal. I give Garmin Connect a 9/10 rating for its highlights, compatibility and features.

Usability

The features of this leading application are designed to offer convenience to the users. Every function of this app is top-notch, and it can record, store, and analyze all my daily data based on the activity I do. The relatable design of the app also adds to its convenience, and the app works seamlessly on both OS platforms without lags or crashes. The only performance setback in the app is that it drains my battery really fast.

I would give the Garmin Connect a 9/10 rating for convenience and performance.

Bottom Line

Garmin Connect has not been on the market for a long time, but the iOS and Android app has over five million installs already. I would recommend this app for the busy individual with a knack for time management who wants to stay in shape and keep fit. With Garmin Connect, I manage my weight loss program effortlessly without sidelining other duties.
