From here, you can easily make deposits, access no-fee ATM services or even transfer funds between accounts. You can also choose to use the keyboard password or pattern and personalize it with a profile picture and greeting name.

The iOS and Google Android app offers lots of possibilities to its users. I use it to manage my bank accounts, credit cards, as well as home and auto loans whenever I want from my Android mobile device. I also get to check the balances in my multiple Capital One accounts, clear bills, set up notifications and view my transaction details and payment activity.

Despite the easy accessibility to my bank accounts, the app still comes with security measures, and I can access my accounts quickly using features such as Face ID, SuperSwipe, and Touch ID. The fact that I can monitor purchases with my credit card in real time through the Instant Purchase Notifications is also a plus.

Notably, the app is regularly updated to ensure top-notch user experience. So by upgrading to the latest version, you get new features that let you do more with your application. What’s more, the updates come with bug fixes and improvements that enhance performance, making it more reliable and fast. The app is free and doesn’t have any in-app purchases.

Capital One comes as an iOS and Android app and has earned solid ratings on both operating systems. The app requires Android version 4.1 and over, iOS 9.0 and above and is compatible with iPod touch, iPhone, and iPad.

Overall, I would grant the features and functionality a solid 10/10.

Usability

If you’re one of those people who don't like typing passwords on their tiny keyboards, then this app is for you. Through the convenient interface, you can easily access the application with the SureSwipe that allows you to trace a pattern on the screen or even via a fingerprint. The app also works seamlessly, and I’ve never encountered crashes with the banking tool.  

I grant its convenience and performance a 10/10.

Despite the few weaknesses, the app for Android devices and iOS gadgets also brings with it loads of essential features and functionality that qualify it to be a must-have for every Capital One customer. This clearly justifies its ranking by J.D. Power as the mobile banking mobile tool that offers the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Overall, I like the banking convenience it provides, and I recommend the app.
