This Windows, iOS and Android app has a very user-friendly interface. For one, the different functions like notifications, parking history and password are conveniently organized at the top of the screen for easy access. The app also has an amazing green and white theme which makes it vibrant and beautiful. In addition to this, PaybyPhone has a drop-down menu on the top left which gives you convenient access to the different app settings. I would give it a 10/10.

Key Features

I would rate this app at a 10/10 based on its functionality. This iPhone, Windows Phone, iPad and Android mobile application is useful for a number of things. First and foremost, you can use it to pay your parking from the comfort of your own home. This has always been of great benefit to me because I always forget to pay for my parking. However, with this app, I always make the payments early. The other useful thing about this app is that it notifies you when your parking is about to expire. Therefore, with this iOS and Google Android app, you can always get a parking extension. I also love the app because I do not have to have tangible money to make the parking payments since everything is done online. I am so glad that I came across this app because it has made my life much easier.

Usability

I would rate my experience using this App Store and Google Play app for parking payment at 8/10. I say this because the app is very convenient for me. I am very forgetful. I forget to pay my parking almost every time. With this app, however, I can always pay my parking at any hour without having to change my schedule.  Since I am not tech savvy, this simple easy to use app always works for me. The only issue I have is that the app has a tendency to sign me out of my account especially when I am using it.

PayByPhone is definitely an up-to-date app for all Android devices, iDevices, and Windows mobile phones. It has all up-to-date features like paying packing, checking parking history and notifying you when your parking is complete. The updated version also includes clearer messaging for all the users who choose not to create an account.

Bottom Line

PayByPhone is a leading app. Anyone who constantly has to make parking payments would really benefit from using this parking tool. For this reason, I would highly recommend this app. However, if you decide to get the app, make sure you have the updated latest version so that you can utilize new features and improvements.  You can get the app for free on App Store and Google Play Store.
